1. Eligibility and approval

The programme is operated by Fear Army LTD for LifeDates. Applications are reviewed manually. Applying does not guarantee approval. You must be at least 18, provide accurate profile and payout information, and be legally able to receive affiliate payments in your country.

2. Referral attribution

Approved creators receive a unique referral link and creator code. A customer is attributed when they make the first valid claim of that code in LifeDates or when a verified Apple offer identifier is mapped to the creator. Attribution is first claim and is normally retained for the customer’s eligible future LifeDates transactions. Duplicate, automated, self-referred or fraudulent activity is not eligible.

App Store campaign reporting is used as a supporting cross-check. Apple applies privacy thresholds and may not expose campaign figures for small volumes, so campaign reports alone do not create a commission entitlement.

3. Commission

The standard founding creator rate is 40% of net developer proceeds. Net developer proceeds means the amount LifeDates receives after Apple commission, applicable taxes, currency conversion, refunds, chargebacks and other platform deductions. The creator portal may show an estimate until Apple’s reporting confirms the final amount. Refunded or revoked transactions reverse the related commission.

Eligible auto-renewing subscription renewals remain commissionable while the referral remains valid and the programme account is in good standing. A different written rate shown in the portal applies only if agreed with the creator.

4. Creator content and disclosure

You control your creative voice, but claims about LifeDates must be truthful and based on the current product. You must clearly disclose the commercial relationship using the disclosure required by the platform and the law that applies to your audience. Do not use spam, misleading claims, paid search on LifeDates brand terms, impersonation, coupon scraping, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

5. Payouts

Confirmed balances are reviewed monthly after a normal 30-day clearance period intended to cover refunds and reporting delays. The normal minimum payout is £25 or the local currency equivalent. Amounts below the threshold roll forward. You are responsible for accurate payment details and any tax obligations that apply to your earnings.

6. Pausing or ending participation

Either side may end participation. LifeDates may pause tracking or withhold disputed amounts while investigating fraud, policy violations, incorrect data or platform reporting discrepancies. Valid confirmed commission earned before closure remains payable, subject to these terms. We may update the programme for future referrals and will communicate material changes to active creators.

7. Contact

Questions about the programme can be sent through your creator portal or to the contact address in your approval email.
